Ingredients
- Approx. 7 to 8 cups Kale - chopped into "bit size" pieces
- " 1 to 2 cups carrots and/or Daikon radish - shredded
- DRESSING:
- ¼ Cup Tahini
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ Cup Dates - Chopped
- ½ Cup Water [Can use Coconut Water for a slightly exotic taste]
- 1 Glove Garlic
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Add all dressing ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and well mixed.
- Mix kale and carrots or radish together in bowl.
- Add dressing and massage well by hand into kale mix. To "soften" the kale you may add a little flax seed or olive oil.

- 3 cups chopped cauliflower
- 1 cup of cashew nuts
- 3 AIM bear Paw Garlic capsules ( opened)
- 2 Tbs Water
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor.
- Process until creamy and smooth.
- Scrape the sides to help it all get processed.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Almonds
- 1 cup Walnuts or Pecans
- 3 - 4 med size carrots
- ½ Red onion
- 1 large handful of fresh parsley
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp Celtic salt or himalayan Crystal Salt
- 1 tsp 5 spice
- ½ tsp curry powder
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a food processor until they become a thick paste.
- Taste test to ensure it is to your liking. Add more herbs or spices if you need.
- Shape into patties using a Mould.
