This mashed "Potatoes" is a great addition to any other main meal.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup of cashew nuts
  • 3 AIM bear Paw Garlic capsules ( opened)
  • 2 Tbs Water
  • ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Process until creamy and smooth.
  3. Scrape the sides to help it all get processed.
