MOCK MASHED POTATOES
This mashed "Potatoes" is a great addition to any other main meal.

Recipe type: Uncooked Salads
- 3 cups chopped cauliflower
- 1 cup of cashew nuts
- 3 AIM bear Paw Garlic capsules ( opened)
- 2 Tbs Water
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Place all ingredients into a food processor.
- Process until creamy and smooth.
- Scrape the sides to help it all get processed.
