Ingredients
  • 5 - 6 Pears
  • ¾ cup Flax, Sunflower, Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¼ cup Cashew and or Almond nuts
  • ¼ cup Raisins or Dates
  • ¼ cup dried Coconut
Instructions
  1. Mince the seeds and nuts together in a food processor until well chopped.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients and contine to blend until smooth.
  3. Serve topped with toasted sesame seeds, dried coconut and a little yoghurt.

Ingredients
  • 1 large peeled beetroot
  • 2 - 3 ripe Pears
  • 2 Tbs Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 200 gms Feta Cheese
Instructions
  1. Use a Julienne Vegetable Slicer to cut your Beetroot and Pears.
  2. Remember to wear an apron and plastic gloves while cutting the beetroot as it will stain everything including your hands and fingers.
  3. Dress the beetroot and paer matchsticks with the lemon juice and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Just before you serve the dish up, crumble the feta over the top.
  6. If you like, you can also add some sunflower seeds.
