This is a great side salad, quick and simple to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 medium size red cabbage
  • 1 small red onion
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ cup freash coriander leaves chopped
  • DRESSING
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp flaxseed oil
  • 1 AIm ALpine Wild Garlic capsule opened
Instructions
  1. Finely chop the cabbage and onion
  2. Add the coriander leaves and orange juice
  3. Mix well
  4. Dressing can be added or kkept seperate.
Notes
This salad is very tasty and the coriander leaves give it a unique flavor.
May be keep for several days refridgerated.

A simple and easy to prepare summer salad

Ingredients
  • 2 Corn Cobs [or 2 cups frozen corn kernels]
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatos [ Sliced in half lengthwaise]
  • 1 small red pepper
  • ½ Cup Red Onion
  • 1½ Cups Red Onion [very finely chopped or sliced]
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp ground peepper
  • ½ tbsp flaxseed oil
Instructions
  1. Cut the kernels off the corn cobs [ or thaw frozen kernels]
  2. Place in bowl
  3. Add remaining ingredients to bowl
  4. Mix gently to create rainbow effect
  5. Add pepper and oil to taste
  6. Mix again and serve slightly chilled.
Notes
Will not keep very long.
Best served and eaten soon after mixing
Can reduce red onion to ¼ cup and add ¼ cup green (spring) onion for added color.

  • 1 Cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Walnuts or Pecans
  • 3 - 4 med size carrots
  • ½ Red onion
  • 1 large handful of fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Celtic salt or himalayan Crystal Salt
  • 1 tsp 5 spice
  • ½ tsp curry powder
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor until they become a thick paste.
  2. Taste test to ensure it is to your liking. Add more herbs or spices if you need.
  3. Shape into patties using a Mould.

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 ripe Avocados
  • 1 - 2 tps Cumin powder
  • 1 - 2 lemons Juiced
  • 1 small red onion
Instructions
  1. Spoon the flesh of the avocados into a bowl. Mash well with a fork adding some lemon juice
  2. Add Cumin powder and lemon juice together with the finely chopped onion.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together making sure the cumin and onion are spread evenly throughout the mixture.
  4. Test taste and season to your taste.
